Description yoga
I have been teaching yoga for 20 years.
At the Omega Center in Karlsruhe-Durlach, I have been teaching in my own studio since December 2009.
Yoga is a millennia-old philosophical system from India that unites mental and physical exercises.
My roots are in Hatha Yoga:
Hatha means force – physical exercises combined with breath are central to this practice.
I primarily teach Hatha Yoga, but for better balance (body, mind, and spirit), I also incorporate meditation and relaxation techniques into my classes and integrate various other yoga styles.
