Description yoga

The YOGATION lessons consist of a movement part in which music carries your body through dance-like, flowing sequences of movements, leads to suppleness and relieves tension. Through this sequence of movements, your body and mind are gently guided into a stillness that can be enjoyed in the final meditation...
The lessons are held as courses of 8 units of 90 minutes each in small groups (costs €120).
Trying out or joining is possible at any time by appointment.
ABOUT ME:
My enthusiasm for yoga was sparked about 10 years ago and led me to do yoga teacher training at the Yoga Academy Austria in 2014 and then to become a meditation teacher.
My own path took me through numerous, different yoga workshops and meditation lessons. A great passion has developed for yoga beats, acro yoga and hoop dance. My great joy in free dancing is also reflected in the way I pack yoga into rhythmic, flowing movements.
'For me, yoga is a joyful game - an opportunity to enjoy movement, to face the unknown with great curiosity and to explore one's own limits in a playful way without any pressure to perform. The mat becomes a playing field of unlimited possibilities...'
