Description yoga

Welcome to Soul Essenz❤
The mindfulness accompaniment always has roughly the same process:
We meet in the Zoom room.
I will then share the link to the mindfulness WhatsApp group, which you can be a member of as soon as you have registered for the mindfulness support. If you don't have WhatsApp or don't want to join the group, please let me know and I will NOT add you to the group and send you the link by email.
We start with a relaxed meditation to arrive (approx. 10 min)
Then the gratitude minute begins, in which you go deep into yourself and look at what you are grateful for today. Afterwards I will give you time to write down your thoughts about it. (approx. 10 minutes)
Then we start with yoga.
This unit is designed for beginners/beginners/re-starters, so that everyone can take part. In the meantime I will give variations so that everyone is individually more or less stressed.
People with back, knee or other joint problems should consult their doctor beforehand.
The general rule here is that the assanas (exercises) I give should under no circumstances cause pain. Everyone only goes as far as they can. NO PERFORMANCE PRESSURE!
Yoga is not about higher, faster, further, but about letting your breath flow with your physical movements and thus bringing your body, mind and soul into harmony.
The yoga unit ends in Savasana, the dead pose. To do this, you lie relaxed on your back and enjoy the yoga class. (All together about 60 minutes)
And if you like and still have time, you are welcome to stay in the zoom room for another 10 minutes afterwards to talk to each other about how the mindfulness session was for you, how you felt and what you took away from the session .
I am also happy to provide feedback and suggestions.
When many people think of yoga, they picture an athletic person who can bend who knows how.
Yes, that is yoga too, BUT NOT ONLY!
Yoga is not about higher, faster, further!
Here you are far away from any achievements that you have to achieve.
The only thing here is to let the assanas (physical exercises) flow in harmony with pranayama (breathing) and to clear your head in order to bring body, mind and soul back into harmony.
My yoga sessions are for beginners/beginners/re-starters and therefore suitable for everyone!
If you have problems with your back, heart, knees or other joints, it is still advisable to speak to your doctor beforehand.
Otherwise, the assanas (exercises) that I give are harmless and can be done by everyone.
In general, no assanas (exercises) should cause pain. You only go as far as feels good for you.
As described, we want to focus on concentrating the body and breathing and not go beyond our limits.
Yoga not only makes you physically fit but also gives you mental power.
Treat yourself to a break from stressful everyday life.
This course takes place regularly on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and costs €39.99 per month
