Ashtanga Yoga mit dem Fokus auf Individualität! Jeder kann Ashtanga üben, nur die Faulen nicht und manch Fauler konvertiert zu Fleißigem! Unterstützung auf jedem persönlichen Level.

Authentische Kurse in toller Atmosphäre

Als ich zu Chris kam, ging es mir eigentlich nur darum, meine Rückenschmerzen loszuwerden. Doch die Gespräche mit Chris, die Atmosphäre in den Kursen und die eigenen Erfahrungen auf der Matte haben schnell meine Neugierde auf mehr geweckt. Ich bin nun seit über zwei Jahren bei Chris und bin sehr dankbar, dass er mich auf den Weg des Yoga gebracht hat. Von Anfang an fiel es mir leicht, Vertrauen zu ihm als Lehrer aufzubauen: Seine Authentizität auf dem Weg des Yoga setzt sich für mich klar von anderen Studios ab. Chris geht auf jeden Schüler individuell ein und bietet so den idealen Einstieg ins Yoga und gibt auch fortgeschrittenen Yogis viel von seiner Erfahrung, seinem Wissen und seiner Begeisterung mit.
Egal, aus welchen Beweggründen man Yoga praktiziert: aus gesundheitlicher, spiritueller oder auch sportlicher Motivation oder zum mentalen Ausgleich - ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, seine Matte bei Chris auszurollen.
