Wohlfühl-Yoga

Britta ist eine sehr angenehme, entspannte und fröhliche Yogalehrerin. Sie nimmt viel Rücksicht auf die „Einschränkungen“ jedes einzelnen und zeigt Alternativen.

Empathisch, liebevoll und nicht abgehoben

Britta ist super ❤️, lustig, empathisch und immer liebevoll herzlich ! Es darf gelacht werden. Wenn man die Kerze nicht schafft, macht man halt ein Teelicht !
Auch die online Kurse kann ich nur empfehlen !!
