Description yoga

My name is Christopher Willer, I run the Caribbean yoga school in Nauen and teach children, adults and parent-child groups. I enjoy working with children in a particularly creative and playful way, but adults also love my relaxed, relaxed yoga.
It's nice to hear when people feel better and enjoy my courses.
After practicing yoga in various schools in Brandenburg for a few years (since 2017), I have been working on a parent-child yoga concept since October 2018 and have continued to educate myself. In Jan/February In 2019, I traveled to Punta Cana with this prior knowledge and received further training there in a Caribbean yoga course. The Caribbean influences added the crucial building block. The relaxed yoga and the lively nature of the locals inspired me so much that after my trip I brought this joy of life and the country's typical characteristics with me to Germany.
With the founding of my new Caribbean yoga school in March 2019, I combined my 10 years of experience as a course leader for children with the experiences from my relaxation and health courses for adults and rounded the whole thing off with influences from the Caribbean.
A Caribbean-themed room with palm trees and hand-painted art from Punta Cana now invites you to do yoga. With this new offer I would like to create a small oasis to compensate for the stressful everyday life and contribute to better health.

    Ich war gestern zum 2.x zumKaribik-Yoga u.bin wieder extrem begeistert!!! Die Atmosphäre ist sehr entspannt,Christopher vermittelt Atmung,Bewegung u.Begeisterung an d.karibischen Lebensweise so,d.man viel Freude u.Entspannung,natürlich zusätzlich Dehnung,Kraft u.Fröhlichkeit mit nimmt.
    Heute gab es ein ganz besonderes Highlight,Lifemusik,v.d.überaus gegnadeten Anna,m.Gesang u.Gitarrenklängen,die mich verzaubert u.beeindruckt haben!!!! Vielen Dank!!!

    Yoga und ich? Das hätte ich bis vor einem halben Jahr nie gedacht.
    Wie es der Zufall manchmal so will....
    Wir fühlen uns super wohl und freuen uns auf jede neue Einheit. Wir können insbesondere das Eltern-Kind-Yoga empfehlen. Hier fühlt sich jeder gut aufgehoben, es ist eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Eine Reise wert. :-)
