If you like this, I would be happy to accompany you on your further yoga path. In my courses I show you how to get started with yoga practice. You'll learn the basic exercises in a version that you can do with your stomach, thighs or bottom and have fun doing it.

You practice once a week online in a small group with other curvy women.
