Description yoga

Welcome to Simply Yoga – your yoga room in Wiesbaden-Naurod.
Do you feel stressed and immobile? Are you missing the lightness and peace in your everyday life? Do you feel inflexible and your thoughts always revolve around the same thing?
Yoga and meditation are a way to bring lightness and balance back into your everyday life.
You don't want to rush into a crowded yoga class? Then you've come to the right place!
I am a physiotherapist and yoga teacher and offer yoga as personal training or in small groups of up to 4 people.
Mindful teaching, free of dogmas, is particularly important to me. This is the only way I can properly address your physical requirements and find the right yoga for you.
For me, yoga is not about putting your foot behind your head or getting into a headstand, but rather about the correct execution of appropriately selected exercises.
I fluently combine strength and stretching exercises and bring breathing and movement into harmony. This creates a meditative state from which body and mind benefit.

Yoga mats, blankets, props (bolsters, blocks & straps) as well as tea & water are available to you free of charge.
So you only need sporty/comfortable clothing in which you can move freely. A pair of warm socks is useful for final relaxation - otherwise yoga is practiced barefoot.

Ich bin willkommen, so wie ich bin und gut abgeholt in dem was ich kann. Individuelle Kurzanamnese und Beratung niviliert das Level der Herausforderung wunderbar. Achtsamkeit und Korrektur geben mir ein gutes Gefühl in der Kleingruppe. Ich bin total motiviert mir was gutes zu tun, einfach Yoga...

Einfach klasse

Es macht sehr viel Spaß bei ihr. Wir sind immer eine kleine gemütliche Runde. Dadurch kann sie auf jeden individuell eingehen. Ich möchte schon gar nicht mehr wo anders Yoga machen. Ich freue mich schon demnächst weiter zu machen. 😊

Rundum sehr zufrieden

Lea ist eine tolle Yogalehrerin, die sich sehr viel Mühe gibt. Sie geht auf Wünsche und Belange ihrer Kunden ein. Sie hat sehr viel Ahnung von dem was sie tut und weiß ihre Yogis zu motivieren. Da nur maximal 4 TeilnehmerInnen pro Kurs dabei sind, wird hier Individualität groß geschrieben.
Für Spiritualität habe ich 3 Sterne vergeben. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm, die Musikauswahl toll. Es wird nicht gesungen und es gibt keine Räucherstäbchen was ich jedoch super finde. Deswegen würde ich für Atmosphäre 5 Sterne geben!
