Description yoga

TIME FOR FELICIOUS YOGA

I teach felicious yoga. My own rather dynamic and powerful mix of styles, with precise direction. I am inspired by medical yoga, a therapeutic approach based on the concept of spiral dynamics. It is suitable for all yogis and yoginis and their anatomical peculiarities.
The courses focus on breathing and movement,
Tension and relaxation, on beating hearts and
deep calm.

The different levels are in the time table by ABC
marked. A for beginners and returners. B for yogis,
who are familiar with sun salutations and asanas, C for everyone who
love an intensive practice and are wild about new asanas.

    Anziehungskraft über Kiezgrenzen hinweg

    Yogalehrerin seit meiner ersten Yogaminute und Höhepunkt jeder Woche. Ehrliches Yoga ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack, mit sehr viel anatomischen aber auch spirituellen Eindrücken. Jede Stunde ist anders, die Anstrengung bzw. die Grenzen setzt jeder selbst und wird zu Ehrlichkeit zu sich selbst ermutigt. Das Aufwecken aus Savasana durch Felicitas' goldklarer Stimme schickt Einen immer auf's neue 100% geerdet und federleicht durch die Tage ohne Felicious Yoga.
