Sehr auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse eingehend
Selber mal dort und da verspannt und auch mit leichten körperlichen Beeinträchtigungen mag ich das Gesundheitsyoga von Günter sehr. Er zeigt wie man Übungen gelenkschonender durchführen kann, den Handynacken vorbeugt, super Übungen für den unteren Rücken und Beckenboden und die Übungen gegen verkürzten Hüftbeuger kannte ich gar nicht. Sehr gute Entspannungsanleitung.

Sehr sehr entspannend in Stetteldorf
Endlich ein Yogalehrer der auch den Stressabbaufaktor, die Endspannung und die richtige Atmung ernst nimmt. Tolle Kombination, ich fühlte mich nach der Yogastunde total entspannt. Viel wird auch über die Faszien gemacht. War nicht anstrengend, meine Rückenschmerzen sind besser. Arbeite in einem stressigen Job.

Ich konnte mich sehr gut entspannen. Innere und Äußere Anspannungen lösen.
Sehr empfehlenswert.
Ein Punkteabzug wegen der Atmosphäre im Gemeindekurs (ehemalige Schulklasse nicht so schön) und weil es für mich eher zu sanft ist.

Einige tolle Übungen die ich sonst nirgends in Yoga hatte für die Halswirbelsäule. Sehr freundlich. Großer Entspannungsfaktor durch eine geführte Meditation. sehr gute Stimme.
