There are many reasons to practice yoga. We offer you flexible options with our open hours!
Our teachers are experienced and will help you competently to align your body correctly and get into the positions safely. Through years of teaching with small groups, we have internalized what it takes to be able to specifically address the needs of each student.
Look forward to powerful, heart-opening classes inspired by Anusara® Yoga, classic Hatha yoga, yoga-Pilates flow and a pre- and postnatal program ('pregnancy yoga') including yoga & baby...
In addition, there are workshops at regular intervals that, if necessary, introduce you to the 'Universal Alignment Principles' of Anusara® and/or help you deepen your practice.
Our lessons can be strenuous, but you will quickly notice how intensive physical work will calm your thoughts.
We try to support our students with all our possibilities, our knowledge, our experiences and with all our hearts to lead happier lives.
