In yoga you have time for yourself and your baby. With gentle yoga and breathing exercises, your body, soul and spirit will be prepared for the many changes during pregnancy and birth.
Through yoga you gain strength and the necessary inner peace and serenity for your new task as a mother.
The deep relaxation is accompanied by the sounds of the singing bowls, allowing you to relax and relate more deeply to your child.
Participation is possible from the 13th week of pregnancy until birth. Prior consultation and confirmation from the gynecologist is required!
