Description yoga
Everyone is welcome in my yoga courses, in which I mainly teach Hatha Yoga and the yoga styles derived from it: Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and yoga therapeutic elements. With me you will learn many yogaasanas (yoga exercises) and postures / stretches that prepare them. Yoga flows (flowing sequences) such as the sun salutation, the hero series, the breathing cat and some other effective breathing techniques (pranyama) for deepening breathing and increasing concentration and energy levels, ways to relax - in many different, tried and tested relaxation methods of yoga and meditation. All lessons deepen your mindfulness and awareness of your body and mind.
In my yoga course offerings, it is important to me that everyone in the course is easily able to take part in the entire yoga class thanks to the yoga tools offered and my instructions on how to use them (aids such as yoga blocks, yoga bands, meditation benches, meditation cushions and breathing cushions). . Many classic postures can be made significantly easier and adapted to your own physical requirements.
