Gute Mischung

Ich bin immer wieder begeistert, mit welcher Leichtigkeit Franziska uns die Übungen zeigt und gleich ein guter Fluß aus Atmung und Bewegung entsteht. Ich fühle mich gefordert, jedoch nicht überfordert mit komplizierten Abfolgen. Franziska ist authentisch, humorvoll und voller Wärme. Super finde ich auch die Möglichkeit online mit dabei zu sein. Tolles Angebot!

Die lebenslustige Franziska macht einen aufgelockerten Yogaunterricht mit fundierten fachlichem Wissen und einem Entspannungsteil am Ende. Anschließend fühle ich mich kraftvoll, gesegnet und freudig bereit für den Tag .
