Zum Glück Haya gefunden!
Yoga bei Haya ist immer ein kleines Wochenhighlight. Anstrengung und Streching soweit es jeder schafft und mag, um der ewigen Bürositzerei die Stirn zu bieten und Entspannung in gemütlicher Atmosphäre gegen den Alltagswahnsinn. Da gehe ich nach 1 Stunde heim, wie nach einem kleinem Urlaub.
Und bei Fragen zu den physischen und spirituellen Aspekten des Yoga kann Haya auf einen ganz großen Wissens- und Erfahrungsfundus zurück greifen. Ich bin sehr froh, Haya gefunden zu haben. :-)
