Einzigartig!

Seit 2006 besuche ich bis auf einige Unterbrechungen ( Elternzeiten) regelmäßig Heidis Kurse. Sie ist eine sehr einfühlsame Person und geht auf die Bedürfnisse aller Teilnehmerinnen ein. Sie lehrt Yoga auf eine ganz besondere Art und Weise..einzigartig!

Yoga as its best!

Mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen, Achtsamkeit und Humor führt Heidi durch die Yogastunden, in denen sich immer Platz für die individuellen Anliegen und Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden finden. Ein anregendes Zitat zum Abschluss der Stunde begleitet mich oft durch meine Woche.

Absolute Empfehlung da ich nach der Stunde immer entspannt und mit einem guten (Körper-) Gefühl nach Hause gehen kann.

Auch die Flexibilität in Zeiten der Pandemie mit Online-Yoga weiß ich sehr zu schätzen.
