Description yoga

"Yoga for the heart stands for more connection, more feeling and more liveliness. Soul food for more growth." / I love yoga; I represent his philosophy and I build on his impact, day by day and practice by practice. I am a rather calm yoga teacher who enjoys teaching gentler yoga styles, such as YinYoga, and meditative styles, such as Hatha Yoga.

I give spirituality space in my life and yet I rely on scientific facts that I can understand in the body. I find this a very important aspect in Trauma Yoga, understanding through comprehensibility.

In February my moon routine (Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays) and morning routine on Saturday will be extended! An hour to relax and let go or for a fresh kick into the day!

From March there will be two Yin Yoga classes: an intensive Yin Yoga class on Mondays from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Yoga Bewertung

Bin Yoga Anfängerin und fühle mich bei Selina sehr wohl und mir tut es richtig gut. Sie ist sehr einfühlsam, aufmerksam und mehr als bemüht. Ich finde wieder zu mir selbst und für mich ist es ein wunderbarer Ausgleich zum oft stressigen Alltag. Freu mich schon sehr darauf wieder vor Ort zu praktizieren aber auch online schafft Sie eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
