Ganzheitlich - in jeder Hinsicht
Auf der Suche nach ganzheitlichem Yoga - für den Körper, den Kopf und die Seele - bin ich nach einer Schnupperstunde bei Janina hängen geblieben. Seitdem freu ich mich jede Woche auf die 75 Minuten. Es ist eine sehr herzliche und lustige Runde und alle fühlen sich wohl. Die Stunden sind abwechslungsreich, und für jeden Level (Anfänger bis jahrelang Geübte) wird etwas geboten. Es ist anspruchsvoll und entspannend, lustig und auch mal tiefsinnig... Und ich habe bisher jede Stunde zufrieden verlassen :-)

hoher wohlfühlfaktor
meine yoga-stunden bei janina gehören seit jahren zu meinem leben u sind daraus nicht mehr wegzudenken. keine stunde gleicht der anderen und in der gruppe wird stets viel gelacht. wünsche und anregungen dürfen jederzeit vorgebracht werden und werden von unserer janina immer umgesetzt. die atmosphäre im gemütlichen yoga raum (inkl. holzofen) ist sehr angenehm und entspannend. 'schnupperer' werden herzlich aufgenommen und kommen in der regel sehr gerne wieder. mir gefällt besonders gut, dass am anfang und ende jeder stunde gesungen wird. janina beantwortet fragen sehr kompetent und ausführlich und bietet bei beschwerden immer alternativen zu den übungen. ich fühlte mich von anfang an wohl und genieße jedesmal aufs neue die vielfältigen übungen und die passende musik dazu. :) namaste, kerstin
