Since 2001, Vera has been practicing yoga in different styles such as Bikram, Sivananda, Ashtanga, Iyengar and Yin. In 2015 she began to pass on her experience. The sessions on Monday are aimed at beginners and those returning to yoga.
Mats are available. Please don't eat anything for 2 hours beforehand. It is practiced barefoot in comfortable, light clothing.
