Description yoga

My way
I had no idea how much it would change and shape my life!
For me, yoga means: the perfect mix of strength and calm, balance and movement. The connection of body, mind and soul into one unit. A path that never ends, a lifelong process that brings constant change and growth.
Yoga is a gift for me because it: calms my mind, helps me to think clearly, gives me the necessary balance and the feeling of inner peace and
thus giving more joy in life.
Yoga caught me and never let go. Sharing this with others gives me great joy and is a matter close to my heart. I am very grateful and happy that I can accompany my fellow human beings on their path to greater physical and mental health, harmony and joy in life, and ultimately to themselves.
In 2000 I came into intensive contact with yoga for the first time and experimented with different traditions for a few years
In 2004 I received my fitness and health trainer certificate.
2008 Further training for sports in prevention – back fit course program
Since 2008 I have been expanding my knowledge through regular workshops and retreats on the topics of yoga, fascia, Ayurveda, meditation...
2010 training as a pelvic floor trainer
2013 DTB training as a yoga teacher (Hatha Yoga according to BKS Iyengar)
2016 further training to become a FASZIO course leader
2016 training to become a YIN YOGA teacher
In 2017 I spent a few weeks in Bali where I expanded my knowledge with various teachers. My journey then took me to India, a truly mystical journey to the sources of yoga! Rishikesh – the yoga capital and place of work of Swami Sivananda at the foot of the Himalayas, where I spent some time in an ashram and visited various teachers

A path that never ends...
Over the course of my many years of practice, I have been influenced by different styles. They always gave me new energy both mentally and physically and ensured balance and equilibrium. To this day, yoga is one of the very few options for me that gives me the feeling of calming down. As long as I agree to it. Even seemingly simple asanas often require a very high level of concentration from me. In a hectic everyday life in which you try to control everything and work through everything conscientiously, it is sometimes very difficult for me to muster this concentration. Then it's time for me to let go and yoga gives me the space I need for that too.
For me, yoga is a place full of lightness, infinite space, wonderful clarity and pure serenity. But at the same time so full of energy and stability

    Jede Woche mein Highlight - Dankbar für jede einzelne Yogastunde die meinem Körper meinem Geist und meiner Seele einfach guttun. Danach habe ich immer das Gefühl bis in die kleinste Pore durchbewegt zu sein - Die Übungen sind einfach Klasse und mein Körpergefühl hat sich sowasvon verbessert - Ich fühle mich...Karin ist einfach so großartig

    Einfach großartig

    In den Stunden von Karin fühle ich mich schon beim ankommen so was von wohl - Super angenehme Atmosphäre ihre nette frische Art ist einfach toll. Sie hat so tolle abwechslungsreiche YogaStunden wo jeder auf seine Kosten kommt und das Level anpasst - man darf ruhig auch ab und an aus der Komfortzone raus. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Danach habe ich immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und fühle mich pudelwohl ....

    bin und bleibe absoluter Fan von Karin - alles ganz wunderbar - kann vom Alltag abschalten sobald ich den Raum betrete - werde durch die Ansagen geerdet und lasse mich durch den Flow fließen - der mich auf oft aus der Komfortzone herausholt - danach gibt es eine wunderbare Shavasana -
