Description yoga
My lessons consist of a balanced mix of dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga and calm Yin yoga elements that bring you into your center, calm and strength. I offer a special hormone yoga course for women with hormonal imbalances. There are also relaxing massages such as Thai yoga massage or the AromaTouch treatment. Workshops on special topics round off the program.

Beste Yogalehrerin
Ich mache schon seit vielen Jahren Yoga, auch in Berlin war ich regelmäßig in Kursen. Für mich ist Katja die bislang beste Lehrerin, weil sie die Atmosphäre so liebevoll gestaltet und neben abwechslungsreichen Übungseinheiten auch wunderbar den Spirit des Yoga vermittelt. Ganz klare Empfehlung!
