Description yoga

Through the holistic combination of relaxation and breathing techniques, physical and mindfulness exercises in Hatha Yoga, you enjoy strengthening, stretching, mobilization, stabilization, more inner balance, deceleration, harmonization, energization and develop more mindfulness, mental clarity and mental strength.
Ongoing (open) yoga courses take place on Tuesdays in Möckers and Thursdays in Bad Liebenstein!
In individual yoga therapeutic sessions, yoga exercises are specifically tailored (or adapted) to the health needs of the individual and put together into an exercise plan that can be integrated into the individual life situation in a practical way.
Appointments by individual arrangement.
In THAI YOGA Bodywork - individual sessions you will enjoy - tailored to your individual needs - mindful touch of body and soul with profound positive effects: comprehensive physical well-being, calming of breathing and mind, passive stretches and mobilization of the musculoskeletal system, strengthening of the immune system, etc.

    Wundervolle Chakra-Yoga- Stunden

    Liebevoll führte mich Katja in die faszinierende Welt der Chakras ein, vermittelte kurz und prägnant wesentliche Informationen rund um die Chakras, zeigte anhand wirkungsvoller Praktiken (Asanas, Atemübungen Affirmationen,Meditationen) wie ich meine Chakras stärken und harmonisieren kann, gab hilfreiche Tipps für meine eigene Lebensgestaltung. Dankeschön für die unvergesslichen Yoga-Stunden der vergangenen 6 Jahre. Ich bleibe dabei und empfehle diese Yoga Lehrerin und Yoga Therapeutin liebend gerne weiter.

    Ich darf nun schon seit geraumer Zeit Katja's Yoga-Kurse besuchen, die für mich sehr wertvoll sind. Es ist immer wieder eine Wohltat für Körper und Seele. Ich finde hier das genau richtige Zusammenspiel von Anspannung, Entspannung, Achtsamkeit und Genuss. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre und die angenehme, freundliche, motivierende sowie kompetente Umsetzung durch Katja möchte ich nicht mehr missen :-)

    Perfekte Balance

    Die für mich perfekte Balance aus Power u. Entspannung, Individualität u. Struktur, Selbständigkeit u. Anleitung/Unterstützung.
    Hilfreich und bemerkenswert finde ich das Maß an Spiritualität, welches es leicht macht, sich darauf einzulassen und sich somit für Neues öffnen zu können und einen nicht überfordert (wenn man noch keine Erfahrung mit der Yogalehre hat). Es erwartet Dich eine herzliche, wertschätzende, offene Yogalehrerin (mit super angenehmer Stimme) und Atmosphäre, was motiviert und Lust auf mehr macht:)
