Description yoga

Children's yoga is much more creative, varied and fun than yoga for adults! The hour consists of child-friendly meditation, stories with yoga exercises, songs, games, and a fantasy journey as a final relaxation. Promotes mobility, endurance, creativity, mindfulness, stress management and respectful interaction with one another. Come and try it out! Suitable for children between 4 and 9 years old.
I am a trained yoga teacher (RYT 500) and children's yoga teacher (Kidding Around Yoga).
Every Tuesday 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. in Potsdam West. Trial lesson 5 euros. 4 ticket 40 euros.
