Yoga for the back
Would you like to do something for your back and relax? Then you've come to the right place in my courses!
I focus my entire yoga class on the back. The yoga exercises (asanas) not only help to strengthen your back but also for certain back problems and physical complaints, such as headaches or tension.
In my courses I use holistic techniques and also use aids such as blocks, straps, etc. The yoga exercises are relatively easy to learn, are clearly designed and can be practiced independently after a few lessons.
Since our hectic everyday lives leave little room for contemplative moments, relaxation and regeneration, we end every yoga class with deep relaxation techniques.
Relieve and prevent back pain with yoga
The yoga exercises and certain breathing techniques help us to cope better with the demands of everyday life, because after a yoga class we feel less pain, in a better mood, more relaxed and more concentrated.
The body needs movement, but modern everyday life with its rapid pace and overcrowded schedules usually does not allow this and we are plagued with back pain of all kinds. The causes here are not only incorrect posture, too much sitting, little exercise but also mental suffering Grief, fear and stress can have a negative impact on the body and are usually reflected in tense back, shoulder and neck muscles. Because of the pain, we adopt a protective posture or even take medication. This doesn't have to be the case, because we can counteract this with yoga.
Yoga is one of the most effective forms of prevention of back problems and is a good balance to other sports with cyclic movements such as jogging, walking, cycling, swimming - not least playing football. The muscle areas that cannot be reached with one or another sport can be reached through targeted yoga exercises (asanas). In particular, shortened muscles, which often promote incorrect posture, are stretched and brought into balance. Muscular imbalances are corrected through conscious and relaxed practice.
In order to achieve the best possible yoga effect, yoga exercises for strengthening, stretching and relaxation are combined. The optimal effect of yoga is achieved through the use of conscious breathing and deep relaxation techniques. Deep relaxation is particularly healing for the soul, because here we can let everything go profitably.
Yoga can also help you “slow down” your life and get more clarity in your thoughts so that you can concentrate on what’s important.
