Kundalini yoga lessons in the Rommelmühle in Bietigheim-Bissingen
The two courses take place every Tuesday in the Rommelmühle in person - please observe the current Corona regulations accordingly!
Course times: Tuesday: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m
Prior registration is requested.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini Yoga is suitable for anyone who is looking for a balance for the stress of everyday life, wants to keep the body healthy and enable their mind to gain deeper insights. A Kundalini yoga session consists of relaxation, dynamic physical exercises and meditation and lasts 90 minutes.
You don't need full physical effort to practice yoga. You can also train your mind and muscles while sitting. Kundalini Yoga is particularly suitable for this. This style offers alternative exercises so that you can take part in my classes regardless of your physical impairment.
About me:
I am an experienced yoga teacher, trained sports therapist and trainer for yoga teachers and therapy as well as a naturopath for psychotherapy and Gestalt therapist. I have been teaching yoga for people with and without disabilities for over 16 years. My vision is to make yoga accessible to as many people with disabilities as possible. I currently offer regular workshops and weekend seminars throughout Germany (including for the Manfred Sauer Foundation) for people with physical disabilities. I lead the AG Yoga in the German Wheelchair Sports Association.

    Wirklich sehr kompetent und abwechslungsreich

    Kundalini Yoga ist erstmal vielleicht ungewohnt für Yogabegeisterte. Es ist sehr umfassend, in einen Rahmen mit Singen eingebettet, immer wieder eine andere Übungsabfolge, eine Entspannung und eine Meditation. Antje Kuwert hat einen tiefen fundierten und ganzheitlichen Erfahrungsschatz und bringt leckere Tees mit für eine Austauschrunde zum Nachklingen. Für AnfängerInnen nimmt sie sich extra Zeit für eine Einführung. Ich genieße schon jahrelang das Kundalini Yoga und das hilft mir sehr in meinem Beruf als Masseurin.
