    Yoga online bei supernetter Yogalehrerin (spirituell, kompetent, humorvoll)

    Corona hat mich einen Kundalini-Online-Kurs suchen lassen. Bei Shanti Devnam Kaur hab ich einen Kurs gefunden, bei dem ich mich super wohl fühle. Sie geht auf jede*n Teilnehmer*in persönlich ein und ist supernett und humorvoll. Die Übungen sind eine gute Auswahl zwischen anstrengend und easy; besonders gefällt mir auch die spirituelle Kundalini-Ausrichtung. Nach dem Yogatermin bin ich immer gut energetisch aufgeladen. Super für mich finde ich auch, dass die Trainerin neben Abendunterricht jetzt auch einen Kurs am Morgen in einer kleinen Gruppe anbietet.
