Description yoga

We are a studio for yoga and Ayurveda and offer many health and prevention offers in the heart of Alfter, near Bonn. We are Linda and Kai and founded the studio in September 2020. We want to create a place where holistic health is the focus, well-being and joy can be experienced and you can develop to the best of your ability in the community. So look forward to yoga courses in different styles and levels, individually tailored offers and many other exciting workshops and seminars about yoga, health and Ayurveda. Due to the current situation, we are hybrid online and present. So either join us online or be there on site.

Dieses tolle Yogastudio solltest du unbedingt ausprobieren!

Ganz, ganz tolles Yogastudio im Herzen von Alfter. Super liebevoll eingerichtet, erholsame Atmosphäre, wunderbare Lehrer*innen! Die Yogastunden sind sehr vielfältig- ob Anfänger*in, Fortgeschrittene*r, ob Wunsch nach dynamischen oder ruhigen Stunden- hier wird jede*r etwas für sich finden! Toll, dass es diesen Ort gibt!
