Description yoga
I am a certified Vinyasa Power Yoga teacher (200H AYA IFAA)
During my training as a yoga teacher, I was able to gain practical experience as a prospective yoga teacher from February 2019 (own Vinyasa Power Yoga course at the Bottrop family education center) and take part in various training courses. (3D Back Fitness, Relax & Destress I, Yoga Fitness-Thai Yoga I and Partner Yoga, Balanced Workout).
I practice fitness-oriented yoga with dynamic and powerful flows. The breathing/movement is combined with each other and thus you get moving in a meditation. Body, mind and soul are brought into harmony.
Further training is very important to me and there are a few more projects planned.
Maybe you need a little break from everyday stress, then come along for a trial lesson.
I am currently teaching at the family education center in Bottrop and at the Nienhausen sports and health center.
