In yoga, we offer classic Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Pranayama and meditation as well as numerous courses for special target groups (prenatal, postnatal, yoga for kids and much more).
We teach matwork classes using the original Pilates method from the absolute basic to advanced level.
You can experience individual lessons (for example on the Pilates machines) and intensive support in our personal training courses - either individually or together with your partner.
Are you enthusiastic about yoga or Pilates and want to go deeper and do more with your passion?
We offer comprehensive yoga teacher training with Yoga Alliance certification. Our Pilates training institute is one of the selected institutions recognized by the German Pilates Association.
The more team and a variety of renowned international guest teachers offer you a varied range of thematic specials, interesting workshops, demanding training and intensive retreats.
