Großes Lob für dich!

Liebe Ofra, ich wollte dir doch mal sagen, wie toll du den Online-Yogaunterricht gestaltet. Du gehst, wenn es möglich ist, auf unsere speziellen Bedürfnisse ein. Das finde ich sehr gut. Besonderes gut kann ich mich bei der Endentspannung fallen lassen. Die Anleitungen zum Entspannen der einzelnen Körperteile sprichst du so, dass ich mich total darauf einlassen kann. Ein großes Lob an dich!!! Mach weiter so, ich bin dabei!

Sehr zufrieden 🧘‍♀️

Wir sind bereits seit März 2022 Mitglied in Ofras Yogakurs und sind noch immer sehr zufrieden. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und es macht immer Spaß, sich regelmäßig sportlich fordern zu lassen. 😅 Ofra geht auch immer auf spezielle Wünsche ein und achtet sehr darauf, die Übungen korrekt auszuführen. Insgesamt fühlen wir uns im Studio gut aufgehoben. 😊
