Description yoga
Mondays 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. or Sundays 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. with a view of the Rhine near the sculpture "dedicated to water" in Mainz-Kastel. In this yoga class you will find a perfect combination of nature, exercise and relaxation. At the beginning we will use breathing exercises to calm the mind and arrive. We flow through powerful, dynamic sun salutations to warm the body and then move on to various asanas (yoga positions) to stretch and strengthen the muscles while focusing on our breathing. This helps us to release physical and emotional blockages at the same time. We end with a regenerating final relaxation. So you can end your weekend strengthened and relaxed.
