In this 8-week Yin Yoga (Hatha Yoga) course you will learn various physical exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

This online seminar is interactive. Through constant “online live” image (video) and sound transmission in both directions, correction and feedback options from and to the participants, as well as questions from the participants and feedback from the course management, are possible at any time.
