Hi, I'm Romina!

I am a trained yoga teacher and teach yoga in Mainz and the surrounding area.

In my classes I combine dynamic, powerful elements with calm elements and intensive stretching of the body, a combination of exertion and relaxation.

I attach great importance to a healthy orientation and a large portion of mindfulness, far away from sporting competition.

It is particularly important to me that you can attend my classes easily. No matter what situation you are in, whether you are a yoga beginner or an experienced yogi, I am happy to accompany you on your journey.
