Description yoga
Welcome to the unique yoga lessons in the magical wooden room of the Hegnerhof in Kloten! Here, spatial aesthetics, participant individuality and a personal touch merge to create a special experience.
Before diving into the world of yoga, we take the time for a relaxed preliminary discussion to better understand you and your needs. We discuss possible restrictions, set goals and explore your personal wishes. Each yoga class is an individual journey, tailored to your needs.
The regular yoga sessions last a generous 90 minutes, including a soothing 10-minute final relaxation (Savasana). You can choose between two levels: The first is for gentle yoga with a focus on back-friendly and gentle positions. The second level offers more intense stretches and some heat in the exercises.
The courses adapt not only to the time of day and season, but also to the mood of the participants, making each class a unique experience that appeals to the body, mind and soul.
