Description yoga

YOGA AND STRESS MANAGEMENT
I teach SamâhaYoga® according to the traditions of Swami Sivananda (integral yoga), Babakar Kahn (yoga of the pharaohs) and Elisabeth Haich as well as Nritya Yoga and AfroYoga®.
All of my courses contain a topic that I continually redefine, no two lessons are the same! These topics were designed by me when I taught yoga, relaxation and meditation to many locals as well as refugees from Libya and Europeans (diplomats, expatriates and tourists) during my stay in southern Tunisia for several years - during and after the revolution.
I continually noticed how much thematic yoga connects and helps people of all cultures to understand and respect each other better, but also supports trust, joy of life, relaxation, confidence, courage and letting go on their path in life. Self-created affirmations, which are adapted to the individual, deepen the effect.
Of course, I also bring my over 20 years of experience as a lecturer in French in business (Luxembourg, Germany and France) into my courses; I teach precisely, with great attention to detail, differentiated, with free spirit, compassion and humor.
Thanks to my deep and long life experience, I also offer you advice for many life situations, for new ideas, new approaches to solutions, interesting suggestions and a different perspective.
