Description yoga
In pregnancy yoga (from the 20th week of pregnancy) you will find a community of expectant mothers. A wonderful connection is created between you and your baby in this precious togetherness.
You will learn important asanas that you can use during birth to enable you and your baby to have a self-determined birth.
In the class you will learn positions that open your chest, pelvic floor and hips, strengthen your back muscles and loosen your abdominal muscles and strengthen your nervous system.
You feel welcome, connected to your strength, resting in your center and exuding endless love!
