Description yoga

We are Marius & Sonja, two true Swabians and our hearts beat for Ashtanga Yoga - we would like to share that with you!
Yoga has always been and is more than just a workout. It is the connection between body and mind. We teach in the Balingen, Schömberg and Heuberg area ( Zollernalbkreis ) and look forward to being on the mat with you!
We also offer pregnancy yoga - for a wonderful, relaxed pregnancy and lots of time for you and your baby!
