Description yoga

You will find us in the west of Regensburg and we are easily accessible by car, bike and bus. We offer you a comprehensive range of courses seven days a week.
Various classes of contemporary yoga of different styles and requirements, Pilates, body art and back training await you.
Modern, bright rooms and warm light make our studio a special place. A quiet, trusting atmosphere awaits you in our lounge area - come and join us. In the changing rooms, separate for yogis and yoginis, you will find lockers and showers. Towels are available at reception if required. Our large course room is equipped with mats, belts, blocks and blankets.
