Be open to new things and be careful with yourself!

My very first yoga class 14 years ago thrilled me from the ground up: it was what I had always been looking for!
A great system for strengthening and stretching my body holistically, identifying and releasing blockages and at the same time being with myself with full attention.

I completed my training (Yoga Alliance 200h) in 2015. Since then, I have expanded my knowledge in various training courses such as Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga 50plus and currently as a yoga personal trainer.

I love teaching calm, mindful Yin yoga sessions and I adapt each individual class to the needs of my participants.
The positive feedback after an hour makes me extremely happy and grateful.
