I teach Kundalini Yoga for everyone, adapted to the respective physical requirements.
My credo is to pass on the joy of yoga.
For me, the physical experience is really just one pillar of yoga - the deep inner peace and clarity that arises in meditation is the other.
I also deal with Accesible Yoga - i.e. adapting yoga to the diversity of bodies. I have been giving courses for wheelchair users and people with MS for some time now
