Many years of personal practice in meditation, relaxation techniques, body scan, Hatha Yoga and Vipassana.
I have long been interested in relaxation, meditation and yoga, as well as the cultures of India and Nepal. Many years ago, out of my own search, I began practicing relaxation techniques, yoga and meditation.
These techniques accompany me every day and I don't want to be without them anymore. At some point, my heartfelt desire to pass on my experience arose naturally and I trained as a relaxation therapist.
My main job is as a qualified physicist in software development.
In addition to all topics related to meditation and relaxation, my passion is also music (piano, percussion (Ensemble TapaLapa), Ngoni music in various projects)
I like animals and am very close to nature.
