Besonders gut gefällt mir die Abwechslung zwischen wirklich anstrengenden Übungen, Balance Übungen, Dehnungen und Entspannung. Es ist von allem etwas dabei,vor allem können sowohl Anfänger als auch Fortgeschrittene mitmachen, der Schwierigkeitsgrad der Übungen variiert dann eben. Schön finde ich auch die Atmosphäre, mit Kerzen, toller Deko und vor allem gibt es auch immer einen leckeren Tee. Aus meiner Sicht also absolut empfehlenswert!!!
