Description yoga

Integral yoga is taught at Vasishtha Yoga. The focus is on the 5 pillars of Hatha Yoga:
Asanas (physical exercises), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Shavasana (relaxation), nutrition, meditation & positive thinking.
But the first two parts of Raja Yoga according to Patanjali are also discussed in yoga classes: the Yamas (rules for dealing with others) and the Niyamas (rules for dealing with oneself).
Beginners are just as welcome as experienced yogis and yoginis.
Vasishtha Andreas Gläßer is a licensed yoga teacher (BYV).
