    Bester Yogalehrer in Aachen!!!

    Ich habe schon einige Yogastunden besucht. Doch nichts ist mit denen von Warung Yoga zu vergleichen. Das ist wirklich richtiges Yoga und mit Abstand das beste Studio in Aachen. Kann es nur jedem empfehlen! Diako ist ein echter Meister und schafft die perfekte Kombination aus Anstrengung und Entspannung. Es werden wirklich alle Muskeln beansprucht (man spürt Muskeln, die man vorher nicht mal wahrgenommen hat) und man kommt ordentlich ins Schwitzen. Es ist super für das eigene Körpergefühl/Körperhaltung/Gleichgewicht. Habe nach jeder Stunde sofort das Bedürfnis aufrechter zu gehen/zu sitzen. In der Stunde wird stets auf die richtige Ausführung der Übungen geachtet und immer verbessert. Gleichzeitig werden auch verschiedene Schwierigkeitsstufen erklärt, damit auch jeder Kursteilnehmer maximal gefordert wird und sich auspowern kann. Die Atmosphäre ist einfach toll. Bin mega begeistert und würde am liebsten jeden Tag hingehen!

    Ich fand den Unterricht eher uninspiriert. Anstrengend war es allerdings.
