Online genauso gut wie Vorort

Dieses Studio ist durch die Corona Krise gewachsen. Es gibt im online Angebot ein weit gefächertes Spektrum an tollen Stunden wo wirklich für jeden etwas dabei ist. Ob für Senioren oder Athleten, von Kopf bis Fuß (zb Faceyoga) wird jedes Bedürfnis professionell gestillt.

Reinschauen lohnt sich, und wenn jemand vom Angebot erschlagen wird und nicht so recht weiß welche Stunde geeignet ist, gibt es sogar eine kostenlose Beratung....

Fühle mich hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Ich habe mit einem Anfägerkurs angefangen. Dieses Angebot fand ich super. Dort wird viel erklärt auch das Spirituelle angesprochen, wo kommt Yoga her....einfach ein bisschen Hintergrundwissen + Yogastunde.
Jetzt geh ich in die "normalen" Stunden und die sind immer abwechslungsreich. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl bei Sabrina und kann Yoga bei Ihr nur empfehlen.
