✨Do you feel tense and stressed? Would you like to go about your everyday life fresh and cheerful again?
✨ However, do you find it extremely difficult to relax or let go of your thoughts? Group courses don't offer you the relaxed atmosphere you need?
Then I have two good news for you: 1. you are not alone, 2. relaxation and calming down with your thoughts can be learned and practiced.
With my 3Klang experience I will make your dream of relaxation and fresh energy a reality.
✨ What is the 3Klang experience?
My 3Klang experience is a relaxation and well-being program in an individual setting, i.e. in personal 1:1 care and is a composition of the 3 elements Yin yoga sound massage, aromatic oils and sound relaxation
With each session I aim to gently move your body, release your tensions, consciously relax you and enrich your body with new life energy. And all tailored to your individual needs.
I also offer intuitive sound massages and personal wellness yoga.
