Yin Yoga is an appointment with yourself.
A calm, meditative style of yoga in which the asanas, yoga postures,
practiced in silence for three to five minutes.
Pillows, bolsters and blankets support you
deep relaxation can happen. The body can let go.
Yin Yoga targets the fascia tissue that is present throughout our body.
Many blockages, physical and energetic, are located in the fascia.
We learn again to listen to our bodies and find relaxation at our own pace.
In small groups of up to four people you will get to know this mindful yoga practice,
in which the positions are held completely passively and statically,
you can find peace and go within.
