Description yoga

Yin yoga is a very calm and rather passive style of yoga in which we hold a position for several minutes, stretch intensively and find peace.

Let's use the dark season and the run-up to Christmas to experience deep relaxation in these hours. Maybe things are a bit stressful for you before Christmas, then you can use this as a wonderful opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle and slow down.

I would like to invite you to 75 minutes of relaxed Yin Yoga on 4 Tuesdays (November 29th, December 6th, December 13th and December 20th). Time: 8 p.m. - 9:15 p.m. in the Kraus Physiopraxis.
4 evenings for 60€.
