Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Please speak to your doctor before starting “training”. We are very interested in working together and receiving medical advice in order to put together individual exercises from our holistic concept with you.

Eat and drink little 1-2 hours before classes & courses. This protects and relieves the strain on your digestive system during exercise.

Please bring comfortable "sports clothes" with you. We practice mostly barefoot. Mats, blocks, belts and blankets are available in the studio.

Someone once said, "The most difficult exercise is neither a handstand nor the splits, but rather rolling out the mat and standing on the mat." You have to take this first step alone, but we will be happy to accompany you throughout the following period.

If necessary, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and a warm jacket and warm socks for relaxation.
