Description yoga

“Cara” means “mobile” in the ancient Indian language Sanskrit, because an essential aim of my teaching is to promote the mobility of body and mind, to develop a better body awareness and mindfulness and to support conscious relaxation.
The combination of movement and conscious breathing creates a physical feeling of well-being and the mind finds peace and serenity. In Hatha Flow, yoga positions (asanas) are combined to form flowing processes. Sometimes the flow of breath takes you from one posture to the next, sometimes you linger for a few breaths, so that the dynamic and sometimes more intensive body practice takes on a meditative quality.
The exercises are adapted to the participants' abilities and serve to prevent and maintain health. I work across styles, with variations or aids, relieving the strain on the back and joints!
My lessons with precise instructions and correction (also online, where possible) are varied and creative, begin with relaxation and mobilization - followed by flows and postures that promote strength, balance and coordination, as well as gentle stretching and final deep relaxation.

Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Unfortunately, in the fixed course groups with a maximum of 8 participants, it is not possible to try out/drop by. To get to know each other, I offer individual lessons, workshops or prevention courses for returnees/beginners. I would be happy to arrange a free consultation in advance.
